On April 29, 2020, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed Decree No. 152, within which amendments were made to the current Decree “On Free Economic Zones in the Republic of Belarus.” In accordance with the Decree, two land plots located in Ivatsevichi and Ivatsevichi district were included in the “Brest”  FEZ . The total area of the plots is 105.5 ha. The new areas of the FEZ will be used for implementation of  investment projects with foreign capital.


Currently, the Brest FEZ comprises 17 investment sites located in the cities of Brest, Baranovichi, Pinsk, Kobrin, Ivatsevichi, Gantsevichi and on the territories of its regions. The total area of the “Brest FEZ” is 1,0802.6 ha (more than 108 km²).
