Representatives of "Brest" FEZ Administration Took Part in the Online Seminar "Belarus - Poland: Cooperation During Global Challenges"

In conditions when direct communication with partners is difficult due to restrictive measures taken in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection, employees of the administration of "Brest" FEZ take an active part in various events online.

On August 5th, Deputy Head of Administration Alexander Krivetsky and Head of the Foreign Economic Department relations and investments Denis Kolyadich took part in the online seminar "Belarus - Poland: cooperation during global challenges".


Maintaining and developing contacts with representatives of the business community of the neighboring country is one of the top priorities for the administration. Today, 11 enterprises with Polish capital operate on the territory of "Brest" FEZ. Investors from Poland rank third after Germany and Russia. The share of Polish investments in the total volume is over 17%. The administration has signed 18 agreements on partnership and cooperation with various Polish institutions and organizations.

During the online seminar, topical issues of trade and economic interaction in the current environment were discussed, about emerging problems, about anti-crisis measures taken, about new forms of interaction between business partners in the context of the spread of COVID-19.

During the event, representatives of enterprises and companies had the opportunity to address the speakers with  questions and initiate useful contacts. The seminar was organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Commerce with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Poland.
