On May 23, a working meeting with Sandor Makai, the Representative of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hungary, was held in the administration of the FEZ “Brest”.
During the Belarusian-Hungarian business forum, which was held in April in Budapest, Mr. Makai was invited to visit the free economic zone to establish business partnership and to get acquainted with the resident enterprises.
Professor at West-Hungarian University, Dr. Sandor Makai, has significant experience in doing business with Hungarian and international companies in the fields of industry, agriculture and banking services. He speaks Russian and French. Since December 2013, he has been the representative of BelCCI in Hungary.
During the meeting, the Deputy Chief of the FEZ "Brest" Administration Ihar Viaryha informed the Hungarian guest about the economic potential and the conditions of activity in the free economic zone and about successful projects implemented here by foreign investors.
Mr. Makai identified several important areas of interest to the Hungarian business that can be used as a basis for cooperation ties building.
An agreement was reached on organizing a visit of interested representatives of the business circles of Hungary to Brest to establish mutually beneficial cooperation.
